Todd Lubar’s Career Progression

Todd Lubar ventured into the real estate industry more than 20 years ago. At that time it was apparent that his interests in the real estate and finance industries would be his life long career. Prior to becoming real estate expert, Lubar worked at Crestar Mortgage Corporation as a loan originator and he was able to learn how conservative Mortgage banking works. In his role at this company, Lubar associated with financial planners, CPA’s, real estate experts and insurance brokers who today form an incredible referral base.

In 1999, five years after venturing into the real estate field, Todd expanded his career in the financial industry through Legacy Financial Group where he acquired an equity position. This offered him the opportunity to broaden his lending potential and be able to provide credit as a Mortgage Bank. In 2002, Todd decided to move his real estate business to another level, and he created Legendary Properties LLC., a company focusing on development of residential properties. His strong foundation in the real estate market provided him with an opportunity to progress quickly through buying, renovation, selling and completing over 200 transactions in almost all types of residential properties. Through his achievement, Todd created solid relationships with individuals experienced in the construction business to be able to develop quality and timely products. He also collaborated with financial institutions and established lines of credit up to $20 million. While still serving in the Mortgage Banking sector, Lubar launched a Charter Funding, an affiliate of First Magnus Financial Corporation. This partnership was critical because it provided his business with a wide range of products and programs. For more details visit Ideamensch.

After working in these industries for over 12 years, Todd found an opportunity to form Legendary Financial LLC, an affiliate of his real estate company. The firm specializes in commercial lending services to institutional and individual clients. After participating in 7000 plus transactions, Todd had expanded his ability to analyze all potential risks involved in the lending process before making the appropriate decision depending on the market conditions.

Between 2007 and 2008, there were major commercial demolitions, and this offered the entrepreneur the chance to work with some contractors who were working on these projects. Later, Todd Lubar ventured into the automotive scrap metal business, and his company was very successful. Todd is a resident Bethesda Maryland where he lives with his family. His objective is to continue growing his business, and also adding value to things he contact.
